What to bring to lunch on your first day as an intern?


Not knowing if there is access to a microwave, I decided my best option would be a salad.
Using my to-go ware stainless steel food carrier and utensils that my sister got me for Christmas, I made an awesome salad!

Ingredients:
Lettuce
Almonds
Dried Cranberries
Apple
Orange
Strawberries
Balsamic dressing
Rosy Goat Cheese
