Gluten Free Dinner Under 30 Part 2

What's for dinner? Why not a nice steak dinner?

Ingredients:
- A nice piece of grass-fed steak
-1 package of frozen corn
- 1 can of BPA free black beans
- Salt and Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Cumin
- Honey
- Lettuce

Set the oven on Hi Broil. Place the steak on the bottom rack with the door slightly open. Bake for 5 minutes, then flip. Move the steak to the top shelf of the oven and back for an additional 3 minutes. Flip and bake for the final 3 minutes. Once finished pull the steak out of the oven and let it rest for 3-5 minutes.

Heat a pan to medium heat on the stove top. Add the black beans, corn, spices, and honey. Heat thoroughly.

Plate the lettuce, add the steak, and pile on the corn and black beans topping.
