Gluten Free Dinner Under 30 Part 4

Deconstructed Nachos!


This meal is rather simple (And yes, it involves grass-fed beef again. After all, my dad did purchase the entire cow)

Ingredients:
- Grass-fed beef
- Chili Powder
- Pinto Beans
- Salsa (I say, "the hotter, the better")
- Sour cream (For those who want their dairy)
- Shredded Cheese (For those who want their dairy)
- Tortilla Chips
- Lentil Dip
- Roasted Vegetables.

My dad found these chips. He was so proud of himself - he caught on that the bag reads "Gluten Free" :D My dad is so precious! 

Trader Joe's Lentil Dip. This dip was a great hit!
