Gluten Free Dinner Under 30 Part 6 - Mardi Gras


Red Beans Salad
Ingredients: Onion, celery, Tomatoes, Pepper, Garlic, Red pepper spice, Oregano, Thyme, Parsley, Olive Oil, Spices, lettuce, and red beans. Heat up the onions, garlic, celery, and pepper. Mix in some seasoning. Once everything is evenly cooked, and the red beans and season to taste. Once heated, pile on top of a bed of lettuce and enjoy. 

Hurrican # 5. Mom found this on her trip to Florida. One of the most flavorful wines I have ever had.
