Gluten Free Take to Work Lunches
I like to start with a cold salad. Typically it includes some type of green (or maybe two). I add in some celery , cilantro (one of my favorite herbs), radishes, pepper, cucumber, onion, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, tumeric, curry, cumeric, red pepper, and sprouts.
Next, I typically have a steamed veggie salad. I toss in whatever I have: mushrooms, garlic, peas, artichokes, brussel sprouts, carrots, and so on. In this case, I sprinkled some lemon juice and tumeric on top. Yum!
