Who said you can't make a health meal quickly?
Need a couple of ideas for a quick healthy meal in a flash?
Here is one of my new favorites. I made some zucchini noodles - tossed them with some homemade hot sauce, a steamed zucchini, apple cider vinegar, and garlic.
I mixed that all together and then grated some cauliflower mixed with some turmeric and nutritional yeast (aka my "cheese")
So while everyone else was enjoying their pasta - I quickly made mine and I have to say - everyone was a bit jealous!
This dish took me MAYBE 15 minutes to make!
Zucchini noodles with pesto, homemade hot sauce, and steamed vegetables.
The pesto was made with carrot tops, garlic, water, black pepper, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper.
